Extraction tells of Tyler Rake, a mercenary who gave up everything when asked to save Ovi, the son of the biggest drug dealer. It started when there was business competition between the biggest drug dealers in India and Bangladesh.
This competition later developed into child kidnapping. Tyler Rake is then deployed to save Ovi. However, Rake did not know that the rescue mission could change his life.
Along the way and the problems faced by Rake are always shared with Ovi. It slowly made her remember a life when she had something to protect, family and children. Rake is finally required to make a choice.
Extraction is an action thriller film adapted from the comic Ciudad by Ande Parks, Joe Russo, Anthony Russo, Fernando Leon Gonzalez, and Eric Skillman. This film was produced by the Russo brothers with Chris Hemsworth.
