I so much love the vegetable soup. Different vegetables can be used for this soup, this include water leaf, bitter leaf, sinach, e.t.c.
But I specifically love the soup made with sinach ( it is called egu in my language). This soup is very nutritious and delicious.
In making this soup, I need pepper, onions, palm oil, sinach, smoked fish, crayfish, melon. I will start by making the stew using my pepper, palm oil, smoked fish, crayfish and melon. After which I add my sinach. I allow it to cook for five minutes, then my vegetable soup is ready.
