“You are only your limit.”
Yes, you read it right.
You are your limitation.
Some people might go overboard and say that you are your worst enemy and to be honest they are perfectly right.

We, humans, are complex beings. We are the only intelligent beings in the known universe and for some reason, we can only do so as much as we believe we can.
If you do not believe in your abilities then you will never have enough confidence to do something new.
Imagine yourself in your school and the sports team is selecting their members. Everyone is being tested and when it is your turn to play some game to showcase your skills you just tell yourself that you cannot do this and the game is too much for you.
And then your turn comes and you hit the ball and it is a bad one. Why do you think that happened? It happened because you did not believe that you can do it and you did not put any or enough effort into the game.
So, imagine another situation where you are motivated and then you go and do the same. What do you think the result will be?
I will not answer that question I will let you imagine or you can try it on yourself. Try doing something with motivation and dedication and believe that you can do it and then come and share the results with us here.
I have known hundreds of people who lack belief in their abilities and when I talk about abilities I do not mean some superhuman abilities. I mean everyday normal abilities that make you a better person. Something that puts you above the others in the herd.
The world today is too competitive and you need to have skills that put you apart from everyone. One of the major things that identify you as someone skilled is having confidence.
But how do you build confidence?
Is it tough to build your confidence levels?
I think it is tough and easy at the same time because like many things in our life confidence too can be learned with practice.
And do not worry if you think you are not confident enough just keep trying and that is the essence of someone who never gives up.
One tip that I always give to young students is to smile whenever they meet people. It is considered good manners and no one wants to be associated with a grumpy, angry person.
In the call center industry, they teach their employees to have a smile on their faces when they take to customers because a smile radiates and you feel more cheerful and helpful.
A nice smile, a firm handshake, a good posture, and a confident voice will open many doors for you. Always remember that nobody wants to be associated with a grumpy person.
Are you a confident person or a grumpy one?
You decide and tell me in the comments below.
