    For lifestyle posts "the Diary Game" and "my town in 10 pics" are usually given good reward across a lot of different communities. Dig around a little bit and I'm sure you find it.

    I like to do my "lifestyle" posts in the Steemit Tigers community, where they welcomed me very generously.

    Also, getting used to using Markdown techniques will help you make your posts more beautiful and presentable, and this will prolly get you more up-votes quicker.
