Dream destination challenge.
I love the twist to this week's challenge, you get to spend and lavish an unlimited amount of money on someone special.
I just wish that what I'm about to write won't just be a wish or just a dream but a dream come true. I believe it will, someday and I would be so happy.
I would love to lavish a trip on the people in my life who have done the most for me and they are my mom and dad.
I'm choosing them because I probably won't be in existence if not for them and of course God. I was brought into this life by them and I'm sure that God planned it well and it isn't a mistake that I was born to be a part of their lives.
I'm here today because of their selfless unconditional love.
Growing up, they've had to give up a lot of things that they needed to have for themselves just to make sure that they live a good life. There are times they wouldn't have it at all but they still go through a lot of things to make sure that I and my siblings are comfortable.
Their countless sacrifices of love are something I will never forget and trade for anything.
The love is so intense and pure that it's now extended to their grandchildren. hehe
They deserve this trip more than any other person because they are simply the best, no other person has ever shown such sacrifice of unconditional love and a trip like this is just the least of what I would do for them.
To be honest, I don't travel and I don't know a lot of places so it may be hard to choose where I want them to have the trip but here is what I would do.
Before I proceed, I would like to appreciate the fact that I've been given a credit card, not just a credit card but a dreem credit card and I have the privilege to spend as much or as little as I want...(please let this dreem come through hehe).
So here's what I would do, I would inquire first when I'm well equipped with the knowledge of things I need, I would decide on the country I want them to go have the trip and the country I have in mind is the United State.
Before they go on the trip, with my dreem credit card, I would fulfill their wish here in Nigeria.
The first thing I would do is to buy the land, a house, and credit their accounts with some good amount of cash. Doing this would excite them I know and it would get their heart ready for the trip to the US.
After they've been settled here, I would get them ready for the trip to the US and they won't be spending a week or two there, they need to enjoy themselves, live the kind of luxurious life they've always dreamt about, have fun to the fullest like there would be no tomorrow.
Since I won't be going with them, I would feel better knowing that someone is with them to help them with things they need like ordering for things, visiting places where they would feel relaxed, and most importantly, making sure that they are comfortable at every point in time, so my younger sister would be going with them.
For this trip, I would hand over my dreem credit card to them, they would be spending at least 3 months there and that's why I made mention of inquiring about what the procedures are to get a visa and the type of visa that would be needed so that traveling there and having fun won't be a problem for them and their stay would be worthwhile.
While they are there, I will be constantly calling to check up on them to make sure that they are well pampered and aren't stressed at all. The purpose of the trip will be fulfilled and that is to enjoy themselves to the fullest with no trace of stress and live as comfortably as they can, experiencing all that they've always wished for.
