Last night, my partner and I decided to start intermittent fasting diet to detox and rejuvenate our body
We are going to start with skipping breakfast, drinking more water and try to have an early dinner 🍲
We need to teach ourselves to have strength and keep reminding that we do not need to eat constantly.
