Fatty Beef in Sour Soup
This dish is one of our family's favourites and I'm sure most people love it too. The large slices of fatty beef are fragrant and chewy, and the soup is spicy and sour, so enjoyable on a cold winter's day.
Main ingredients: fatty beef, enoki mushrooms, green and red peppers, garlic, golden soup fatty beef ingredient pack
1: Blanch the fatty beef in boiling water until browned, then remove and set aside; wash the golden mushrooms and cut off the roots, cut the green and red peppers into rings.
2: Pour oil into the pot, put in the minced garlic and stir fry for fragrance, then pour in a packet of golden soup and stir fry for fragrance (golden soup kits are very convenient, generally available in supermarkets or online), then put in an appropriate amount of clear water and bring to the boil.
3, then add the golden mushrooms and cook for 1 minute, then add the fatty beef and cook for a few seconds to remove from the pot, put in a bowl and sprinkle with green and red peppers, drizzle with hot oil.
