Braised Vegetable Heart
Light and refreshing in taste and relieves greasiness.
Directions: Wash the heart of vegetables, boil water in a pot, add salt and cooking oil, blanch the heart of vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes, remove from the pot and set aside in cool water. Add minced garlic, shredded red pepper, hot oil, soy sauce and vinegar, mix well and pour over the vegetables.
