Steamed aubergines at home
- Prepare an appropriate amount of eggplant, peel off the skin and cut into thick slices before cutting into long strips and place in a basin.
Add 100g of flour to the basin and mix well, so that the flour is evenly coated on the surface of
the eggplant.
- Start steaming: boil water in a pot, put a grate on it and then lay a steaming cloth on it, lay the aubergine flat on top, turn down the heat after steaming for 8 minutes.
After 8 minutes, take the steamed aubergine out and pour it into a bowl, quickly plunge it with chopsticks so that the lumps don't stick together, sprinkle with salt, drizzle with a little sesame oil, toss evenly and serve, a very simple homemade steamed aubergine is ready.
