Stir-fried Potatoes with Bacon and Black Bean
Prepare the ingredients and seasoning: 100g bacon / 2 potatoes / 1 tbsp tempeh / salt to taste / 1 tsp thirteen spices / 2 small peppers / 1 small onion / ginger to taste / garlic to taste
Step 1: Peel the potatoes, wash and thinly slice them, soak in water to prevent oxidation.
Step 2: Wash the bacon and steam it in a pot. After steaming, cut thin slices, chop the ginger and garlic, and cut small circles of pepper and set aside.
Step 3: Heat the oil in a wide pan, drain the potato slices and fry them until lightly browned.
Step 4: Leave the oil in the pan, add the ginger, garlic and pepper rings and fry well.
Step 5: Add the fried potato slices and 13 spices, season with salt and stir-fry evenly, sprinkle with spring onion and serve.
