Eggs are one of the most popular ingredients on the table, and one of the most popular ways to prepare them, whether fried or cooked.
Waffle: low gluten flour, egg, plain milk

  1. Beat 100g of low gluten flour, (use plain flour if you don't have low gluten flour) into an egg, add 5g of sugar and pour a bag of 180g of plain milk, stirring upside down, stir the flour into a shredded paste on the line.

  2. Heat an electric pancake maker, pour the batter into it one by one with a spoon and cover with a lid.

    It takes a few dozen seconds to turn on the electricity to lift it off and look at it. Fry for about 5 minutes and the soft and tasty little cakes will be cooked.

Low gluten flour has a low protein content and is less glutenous, making the cakes and biscuits particularly fluffy and tasty with a flat surface.
