The film starts with a boy named Anjas playing toy cars, suddenly his father calls him, he complains that he got a call from his mother, but his father doesn't believe it and instead scolds Anjas to order him into the room.
Anjas went straight to his room, crying he drew his mother's figure, suddenly from behind the mirror his mother's figure appeared and invited him into the mirror, that's when Anjas's father found blood in front of the mirror and his kuntilanak film began.
The film moves to two girls named Ambar and Dinda who are playing, because Amber said she was desperate and scolded Ambar and the game was stopped.
Inside the house, Dona's mother, as the foster mother of the five children in the house, advised Lidia, her niece, to replace her role as caregiver, because she will be going out of town in the next three weeks.
On the other hand, Krishna shows something he wants to buy to the banner, in another room, the miko is excited to read a horror book and is amazed by amber.

Inside the house, Dona's mother gathered all of her children to say goodbye, on the other hand Glen turned out to bring a mirror from the former Anjas house to Lidia's house, Lidia told Glen to put the mirror in the warehouse, outside Glen's house had prepared a car to take Mrs.
At night, Dinda finds someone calling her from inside the warehouse, she observes the mirror after wrapping it in cloth, suddenly the cloth is released from the mirror by itself, Dinda is scared and immediately runs away.
The day passed, the five children were playing, but in the middle of their game, the five children were fighting, Lidia, who saw her immediately intervened, in the room, amber found a call and suddenly Dinda came. While sleeping, he found a call from the warehouse that came from the mirror again. Because of fear, Dinda immediately closed her eyes and went back to sleep
The next day, the five children gathered to discuss kuntilanak, miko explained that kuntilanak could be called by singing.
When at home, Lidia was watching her boyfriend's show, namely glen while eating food, but the food suddenly disappeared, after being looked for the one who took it was miko, then miko called all the children to watch together
After finishing watching, miko and the other children went straight into her room and after miko entered the room, she heard something called her that it was kuntilanak. Lidia and the other children brought the miko back to life.
On another day, Krishna showed a poster of challenge to other children, in which was written a prize of ten million rupiah for those who succeeded in proving the existence of kuntilanak in the former Anjas house, they were interested and agreed to prove it.
The next day they went straight to the former Anjas house, they ran through the forest until they arrived at the former Anjas house, when they got there, how surprised they were to see the door opening by itself, without thinking they immediately went in and followed it, inside the house. dinda finds an ancient book and keeps it in a bag.
In the kitchen, Dinda meets anjas who carries a picture of a nail and she has been surrounded by living statues, amber shocked her.
On the other hand, Panji is interested in the remote control that comes to him, suddenly Anjas gives the remote control to the banner and shows two pictures of trees, the banners are shocked and meet Krishna and Miko, because it is already late for the five children to hurry home.
In the middle of the banner trip, he was dying to pee, after peeing he met his father Anjas, Anjas's father took Panji to the house again but Panji immediately ran after his friends, they continued to go home and Anjas's father followed him.
At night, the amber who sleeps in Dona's mother's room is met by the figure of Dona's mother who turns out to be a Kutilanak, Dinda who hears amber screams enters Mrs.
immediately Krishna approached them to wake up the miko, miko explained that kuntilanak could be defeated by nailing his head but, who could do it only people who received wangsit, they were shocked because they heard the banner's scream, when visited it turned out that the banner was caught by his father Anjas and explained the mirror in the house is a kuntilanak nest
In the mirror, anjas is seen being carried by kuntilanak, anjas' father who tries to save him is attacked and fainted, because the amber is still in the mirror, the children move the mirror to a brighter place, in front of the mirror they agree to risk their lives they are together, suddenly the kuntilanak appears, the kuntilanak brings miko into the mirror
Lidia, who had just returned home, was immediately in a trance, dinda who was confused reading the wangsit and suddenly a nail came out of the head of the statue above the mirror, dinda took it and stuck it in the head of the kuntilanak and as a result, everything was finished.
Amber is found on a tree, Miko is found in a chicken coop and Anjas's corpse is found on the riverbank and the film is over.
