Tiger Skin Green Peppers
【Ingredients】: 7 green peppers, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt
【Method】: 1.
1: Cut off the heads of the green peppers, scoop out the seeds inside and wash them well, as these will also carry a spicy smell.
2: Mix the soy sauce, sugar, balsamic vinegar and salt in a bowl and set aside to make the dressing.
3: Heat the oil in a wok over a medium heat until it reaches 40% heat, then stir-fry the peppers in the wok.
4: Gently press the peppers with a spatula to get a more even heat area.
5: Add the minced garlic after frying and stir-fry quickly with the seasoning until the peppers are soft and the skin is wrinkled on both sides.
