Tofu with pickled vegetables
Ingredients: one piece of tofu, 1 pickled cabbage, 3 string peppers, 2 pieces of garlic, 1 piece of ginger, bean paste, salt, chicken powder, sugar and pepper.
Directions.
1: Rinse the tofu and cut it into large squares or break it into pieces by hand. Wash the sauerkraut, squeeze out the water and cut into small pieces.

5, add half a spoon of salt, a little chicken powder, sugar, pepper, stew over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
