I completely agree with you. When the energy required to get a task done is so much and requires much time, you hardly venture into such a task. Watching TV requires less energy when all obstacles are removed.

Thank you for this post. I think it is also very useful for adults. Indeed, even if you know the trick, it will still work on you. Home workout is so much easier when your sport clothes and accessories are already out :-)
