Your life is influenced by the attitudes you develop and how they affect you. There are good habits and bad habits, So about developing more positive habits to take over those bad habits and make you the better person each day?

It is very difficult to establish new healthy habits. Our primitive brains desire instant gratification. We are also very dependent on willpower and motivation which is exhaustible.

So what can we do to create a better habit?

The first thing is, start small, you are new to this habit, and you must use your willpower to keep this up. By keeping the changes small it will be easier to make this as a new routine without expending energy on your willpower much.

Next, don't feel bad if you fail once in a while, as feeling bad only going to make you feel worse and stress. Just go with the flow. Just stop when you realize that you're doing wrong.

Third, don't break the rest of the day just because you start off on the wrong foot. Many people that I know would stop trying to create their habit when they break it on that day. They will say something like "Ok, I fail today, I'm gonna start again with a clean slate tomorrow". Don't do that, you don't need tomorrow to start.

Now this journey will be tough, because if it's easy it will lose its value. Don't worry it will be worth it.
