Late Night, Can't Sleep

No, I'm not suffering from insomnia or something else. Awake late night because I slept in the evening and it was just a small nap of one hour or less. These days I've notice that I sleep well in the day and become night owl.

Weather is cool enough so can't blame it this time because often for extremely hot weather doesn’t allow me to sleep well. I tried a lot, change side to side, kept phone inactive but nothing works. I want to sleep or else I'll be late for tomorrow.

After trying a lot I decide to write and took my phone and start writing as you can see this blog. Everyday I get ready for sleep after 11 pm and right now its 12:47 am and my eye leads are not ready to shut down.

Okay no problem I've set alerm in my phone and it will help me to wake up early in the dawn for prayers. I don't want to miss any task of my day tomorrow. Writing this blog was a plan for tomorrow but now I can save some time in the moring.

I think we all should try this time saving formula. If can't sleep we can do everything we want to do. Most funniest thing is that I never awake late night during my student life but now life has changed, an evening time nap can destroy the sleeping mood for night.

After writing this blog I'll try one more time. Some suggested me to count sheeps in my imagination which can help me to feel sleepy but it doesn’t work for me. When I was a student if I studied an hour I felt sleepy. Now that doesn’t work. I don't want to read books at late night.

You all knows to maintain a sound body and sound mind we need to have proper sleep. I wish not to fall sick or ill. Day sleep is not good but when we can't sleep at night naturally we will sleep in the day. I think I should try to sleep before 2 am or else I may get up late for tomorrow. I need to have a daily routine to change this as soon as possible.
