Let's try it ...

Material :

  • 500 grams of fresh chicken meat
  • To taste lime
  • 1 tsp Pemuteran Sea Salt Javara
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 5 tbsp Javara Sago Flour
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 glass of water
  • 3 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 1/2 segment of ginger, chopped
  • Javara CCO to taste

Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 1/2 segment of ginger, chopped
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of gochujang
  • 1/4 cup water
    Sufficiently roasted peanuts and green onions

-고추장 2 큰술
-물 1/4 컵
