As we stay safe at home, let’s try as much as possible to make use of this lockdown to do something new. So after watching several videos online, i had to put this into practice and this is the outcome👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
Ingredients:-
2cups of all-purpose flour
1/2cup of white sugar
250g of margarine/butter
6 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2cup of milk
1/2teaspoons baking powder
1teaspoon of nutmeg
Preparation:-
In a big bowl, mix together the sugar and butter. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine flour and baking powder, add to the creamed mixture and mix well. Finally stir in the milk and mix until the batter is smooth.
Grease and flour the baking pan or line the pan with paper liners then pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes (Preheat oven to 350 degrees) or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a flat plate and cool completely.
Your yummy vanilla cake is ready!!!
