It's an experiment in progress, so we'll see.
A friend of ours is growing Snake Gourds for the first time this year. We blessed them with some seeds earlier this season, and they are having a great success with them. Their cucumbers did not turn out so well, so they decided to pickle some snake gourds. They say that they are just as good or even better than real pickles, so we are now trying it too. I pickled up five quarts, and plan on testing them out soon. We'll see! Here are some pics of some of the quarts. Enjoy!

Pickled Snake gourds? I thought you dried these out and then hollowed them for convenient snake transportation.
