INGREDIENTS (FOR 4 PEOPLE): ⁣
🔷 120 gr of fine oat flakes (that do not require cooking) ⁣
🔷 300 gr of natural yogurt⁣
🔷 100 ml of milk (approximately) ⁣
🔷 2 medium crisp (not green) apples⁣
🔷 1 large conference pear (or 2 medium) ⁣
🔷 2 small peaches⁣
🔷 3 purple plums⁣
🔷 80 gr of fresh blueberries⁣
🔷 80 gr of raspberries or currants or strawberries⁣
🔷 2 medium not very green bananas⁣
🔷 60 ml of freshly squeezed orange or lemon juice (approximately) ⁣

🍳 PREPARATION: ⁣
Wash all the fruit well, very gently the berries, and dry well. Peel or leave whole, to taste. Cut into not very thick dice or irregular bite-sized pieces. Usually the apple is grated coarsely, although in pieces it is more crunchy and flavorful.

Arrange the oats in a bowl and mix with the yogurt and about 75 ml of milk. Add the hardest fruits and mix (apple and pear). Add the peaches and plums, and stir to integrate. Correct by adding some milk if it is too thick.

Add the berries and water with half the juice. Combine gently until you have a homogeneous mixture, trying not to crush the delicate fruits, but without caring that they break a little. Correct the liquid to taste, with milk or juice.

Leave in the fridge for at least two hours. After that time, stir and add the sliced bananas. The oats will have absorbed a lot of liquid, so more milk and juice will have to be added, always little by little, to taste.
