This Thai fusion dish is a creation that I am proud of. One of my kids requested Tom Yum soup while the other asked for Sweet Sour Fish. I was bit at a loss, then decided to incorporate both dishes. First, I made the Tom Yum sauce with vegetables like carrot, cauliflower and mushrooms. I added sambal paste to make the sauce spicy. Finally, I poured the sauce over fried whole fish and served it hot with rice. My kids liked it a lot and they forgot what they asked for initially.
