My wife made blondies today and posted on her channel Aromatic Delights. I want to share with all of you.
Blondies is not to be confused with brownies as it does not contain dark chocolate. It has a rich butterscotch aroma and flavor and is loaded with white chocolate chips and chopped roasted walnuts. Drizzle white chocolate on top and serve it warm.
Ingredients
2 Large Eggs (room temperature)
260 gm Light Brown Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Essence
226 gm Salted butter (melted and cooled)
260 gm All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
200 gm White Chocolate Chips
150 gm Chopped Walnuts (roasted for 8 min at 170°C)
