The decision of removing legacy blue badges was taken long back by the Twitter, post Elon Musk takeover but they finally called it a day on 20th April. Elon Musk bought Twitter for whopping 44 billion and all the changes we see today are consequentially undertaken.

Old Screen grab from my Twitter

The new Twitter subscription maybe expensive but it certainly entails certain benifits. One can write longer posts, edit option is available and in the coming time the creators can monetize their content and make money. As of now I don't feel the need for subscribing to Twitter blue as I am not regularly creating the content but in future if I feel I can generate the revenue from Twitter, and I'll definitely consider subscribing to Twitter Blue.

As I tuned into Twitter after having Sehri I saw my blue tick gone. Surfing the Twitter feed, twitterati were divided into two groups. Some supported the move and some opposed it.
There was also a group that made memes and jokes about this. I laughed out at some jokes and moved on to watch the Hotstar show before falling asleep.

My Twitter

It was last day of Ramadan and last Friday as well. I reached home late night and offered Friday prayers at my native place.

After offering prayers, I met few neighbours, and relatives and friends and had a brief chat about certain things. At around 3 I went back to home and turned into chef. I have decided to cook Mutton Keema on Eid. I chose meat, chopped & spiced it making it ready to cook.

Chopping mutton

Making mutton good to go, I offered Asar prayer and afterwards made my way to Baramulla town. I had to pick up my cousin from there. It took whole evening. We even ate outside and reached home at 10:00 pm.

After posting this I'll hit the bed with a hope to see you all Tomorrow

Eid Mubarak
