Management is often defined as the art of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling resources to achieve goals. While that’s a neat explanation, for me, management is so much more than just a boss giving directions.
To me, management is deeper and much more vast. It’s not just about tasks or projects... it’s about life.
We all have the same 24 hours in a day, and how we use that time defines who we are. Management is about being the master of your life. It’s about making choices, setting priorities, and deciding how to turn dreams into reality.
If you have something you truly want to achieve, management is the key to making it happen. It’s about setting goals, planning your steps, and staying focused. Without it, dreams stay dreams and the result? Regret and sadness.
But life is too precious for that. Management, to me, is a way of living with purpose, taking charge and creating a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
