This is more important to keep your joints going with some light exercises even if you are too busy to find time for the gym. Walking and jogging are good for a healthier life.
You can keep fit if you run regularly or even if you walk at a faster pace inside your courtyard in case you don’t like to go outside. If you do not find time because of your busy schedule in the morning or your business appointments, find some time to visit your nearest mall just to have a stroll and a nice walk along doing window-shopping. That serves your walking purpose.
Sometimes I can't go out for my regular workouts then I sit in a place and do indoor workouts
It is certainly very useful to go to a gym and reduce some weight to keep yourself free from lots of troubles which may create problems in the future if you do not take care of them now. By the way, the public parks provide some good exercising facilities, so avail yourself of them if you can’t find a good gym near you.
Again, if you can’t afford to go to a gym Just buy a skipping rope, a set of weights, and an exercise ball to do some light workouts at your home, which helps you maintain fitness.
Take very good care to stay away from the common cough and cold, as they may cause serious diseases that become serious health problems in the future.
Let's make sure that if we want to stay healthy, we must know the importance of a healthy diet, which helps in maintaining the ideal weight. I suggest for men, the ideal weight is one inch/kg, i.e., if my height is 72 inches, then my weight should be 72 kg, and for women, I consider one inch/800 gm, i.e., for a woman 65 inches tall, her weight should be 52 kg.
We should include nutrient-rich and low-calorie foods in our diet, such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and non-vegetarians should avoid red meat and go for fish, etc. Eating a balanced diet keeps our heart and weight healthy and avoids consuming fat, sugar, and salt in your diet.
You know that a nutritious diet contributes to making our bones and spine strong. Essential nutrients like calcium and vitamin D found in dairy products, leafy greens, and fish protect us from different diseases. Do you know that healthy food lifts our mood and energy levels and improves our brain, which makes us feel energetic throughout the day and in better mental health?
If we consume a healthy diet, we can reduce the risk of diseases and can be successful in staying away from medicines and doctors to some extent

For me, knowledge is most important as it has an impact on our decision-making ability. It helps us learn new skills, solve problems, and live a better life.
And the best way to put this into practice is education
We should not focus only on formal education but also life experiences. I have my own way of learning by reading as much as I can and have done a couple of online courses, like McAfee and Udemy Academy. I have attended a number of seminars that provided me with a chance to learn a lot.
And then at my age, there is the opportunity to learn from my own experience, and learning from others and my own mistakes is also an important part of acquiring knowledge.
I put "Health" in the second place
From my own experience, health follows knowledge, as it determines the quality of our lives and knowledge that teaches us about the quality of life.
I believe a healthy body and mind give us the energy to acquire knowledge and earn money. I have mentioned the tips to stay healthy. In my views consuming a healthy and balanced diet full of nutrition helps us stay fit and healthy.
I am a lover of walking and jogging and suggest Nordic walking in case you wish to keep your posture intact-
Finally, money has its own importance, and I believe that without the knowledge of money, acquiring health and education is not possible. Money provides facilities and opportunities to get everything in our life.
However, the proper use of money makes it valuable. I am not a rich man, but being an ordinary corporate worker, I understand the importance of saving and investing and growing my income by saving a part of my income and investing it. My knowledge in management and finance helps me know how to take the best advantage and right use of my money.
I conclude by saying in answer to your question, to me knowledge comes first because it provides you with means, then comes health, without which we can't survive or use money or knowledge, and finally wealth, which is the result of all our efforts.
But I would like to say that we should know how to maintain a balance between these three and change our priorities according to the occasion. We must live a balanced life by staying with proper knowledge, health, and wealth.
