get up in the morning

Yes, but the thing is that I don't wake up early in the morning, I wake up at 12:30 a.m. I want to change my routine, this bad habit.Because of this, when I wake up late, my work is not completed, nothing is completed, everything is left incomplete, because of this, I am more tired because I do not get up on time, I do not have time, and when I work as soon as possible. If so, the burden of work is on me, so I will say that I should get up as soon as possible and change my habit of lying down and get up early in the morning. You become lazy, your work remains incomplete, which is why I saw this flaw in myself and I want to change this habit, not this bad habit.

Diet plan

In terms of eating and drinking, I have many bad habits. I don't eat breakfast properly. I don't eat lunch properly. And because of this, I have a problem in my stomach, I have a problem in my mouth, my skin is damaged because I eat a proper diet plan. I'm not good at drinking. I want to change my habit. I wake up early in the morning and don't have a good breakfast. I'll drink tea and eat biscuits. It is also not good for health and I am finding that my health has also deteriorated, so obesity is showing up. Because of this, I want to change my diet plan and I will say the same to you guys that you should keep your diet plan better, that is, get up early in the morning and have a good breakfast, that is, bread. Take butter, eggs, milk and a salad in the afternoon. What should I eat for a full stomach at night and green tea before going to bed at night? These are the things I want to change in myself. And if I write the same thing again, it is showing on my face, but if I fix my dead plan, then everything will be fine, I want to change this bad habit of mine.
