First of all greeting to the members of this society and appreciation for organising the contestSEC17/W3|Experiences come with age or circumstances!
I am so excited to participate in this contest. I will try my best to clear all the questions accurately according to my knowledge.

Maturity is the process of developing. It refers to being grown up, socially, emotionally, cognitive and intelligence. People become able to handle life challenges with wisdom being in the state of maturity.
A mature guy knows how to deal with the ups and downs of his life and handles his issues and conflicts with grace and take accountability in his actions. He prioritize long term goals over short term goals.
It includes;

1. Emotional maturity
2. Ability of effective communication skills and skills to resolve conflicts
3. Ability to manage emotions and respond appropriately.
4. Ability of form and maintain healthy relationships.
5. Cooperation and understanding with others.
6. Spiritual maturity, includes inner peace and contentment
7. Ability to make own decision.

Maturity is not only determined by age, it is a continuous process of growth and self improvement.
Maturity is not completely determined by age because some people get mature before a particular age because they face situations that lead them to be mature faster and some people become mature at their maximum age. Only then are thieves because they didn't encounter certain situations that lead them to be mature.

I think that experience gives us both circumstances and range as we age, we meet different people, we grow in different environments and we also face and deal with different challenges in our lives and find solutions to them. In this way we get more experience. These experiences gives us valuable lessons. But experience does not only determine the age, it also involves circumstances.

As we move from Childhood to adolescent we observe different changes within our bodies, we observe changes in our relationships, and we observe changes in our emotions, and these changes build our experience. For example, the things that we liked in childhood, as we mature, we feel ashamed of the same actions and we avoid doing those things.

Circumstances also play a big role in our experiences because the environment we live in has a huge impact on us, for example when we live in a family that supports and loves us. So our experiences will be good despite the family living in a very restricted and disadvantaged environment.

In the same way, if we have to encounter a situation in which we live a harsh life, our experience will be more because we learn to deal with different situations, but if a person whose life is easy And if he does not have to encounter such a situation, then his experiences will be less then the other person because he did not deal the situation that would give him maturity.

In connection, I would say that both age and circumstances play a role in our experience. Age is a natural process that builds our maturity, but circumstances shape our experiences, which is why we deal with different situations.

I believe that older people can learn a lot from the younger generation for example ;

Fresh perspective
Youth have a fresh perspective, they see the world from a different point of view that older people cannot see, they have new ideas, new innovations that older people can learn from them and stay up to date.

Technological advances:
Youth are more connected and knowledgeable about new technologies and innovations, they can teach the older people how to navigate mew gadgets, social media platforms. So that they remain engaged in some activities.

Adaptability
The new generation is more adaptive and they adapt quickly to different situations and environments.
The new generation must stay connected and engaged with older people so that they get influenced by you and try to become flexible and adaptive.

Staying connected
Young people should keep them up-to-date with different events and situations and teach them to deal with them.

Young people are more active and passionate and their excitement can be transferred to the older adults so that they me enjoy their life at their best.

Intergenerational connections
Learning from the youth can help bridge the gap between the generations. If young people spend their time with older people and give them information about the current world this would increase their experience about the world.

Conclusion
In conclusion Maturity is multi faceted concept in which we get emotional, socially developed and get experience about the world and people around us. Experience can come from both age and circumstances that we encountered. And older people can many things from the youth, like technological advances, fresh perspective etc.
