Hello Steemians!!

It is my pleasure to be here in this wonderful community and participate in this contest, and I say a very big thank you to the admin and the organizer of this contest that will makes us stay active.

Introduction

Health is a complete physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual well being of a person and not wholly without disease or infirmity. It is not everyone one that knows we need to do somethings inorder to stay healthy all the time and that if we are not healthy we cannot be wealthy, some acquire knowledge through education but do not know healthy tips that will help them, see do not know that they can stay without drugs and still be healthy because all drugs are poison.

Healthy Tips

  • Balance diet : the food we eat must contain 6 classes of food for it to be balance, eating natural foods and avoid fatty foods and artificial ones, eating home made foods and not from iteries, we should try to eat fruit at least once in a day.

  • Exercise : routine daily exercise will keep us fit, check our weight so that will not be obese, burns the unsaturated fat that our body does not want, freshen our skin,checks our blood pressure, cholesterol level, maintain our mental balance and makes us stay strong and healthy.

  • Sleep: sleeping is very good, it will help us to have a retentive memory, calm, our brain, freshen us and reduces stress do we should try to sleep at least 8hours in the night and 2hours in the afternoon, we should try to take a nap even if we do not sleep just lie down on the bed quietly without doing anything as you get up you will be refresh and relieve of stress.

  • Hydration : water is very essential to life, we should drink water first thing in the morning as we get up from bed and last thing in the night before going to bed because water have so many health benefits that juice do not. We should avoid artificial juice because of preservatives that is in it and some caffeine which is poisonous to health, if we want to drink we can prepare the natural one by ourselves by extracting it from the fruit and drink.

  • Sanitation : cleanliness they said is next to Godliness, we should keep our environment clean by weeding and cutting the grass around, avoid stagnant water in our surrounding to avoid breeding mosquito, sweep our house everyday and mop the floor, wash our toilet and bathroom and we should not keep dirty dishes so that it will not attract cockroach, ant and house flies be these things can cause one to be sick.

  • Personal hygiene : we should maintain good personal hygiene by bathing twice in a day morning and evening before going to bed, brush our teeth before and after eating, wash our dirty clothes, wash our hands after using the toilet, rub moisturizing cream in our body, oil our hairs and comb it, we should avoid bleaching creams

  • Medical checkup : keep to medical appointment and always do general test to know how you are doing invade of any sickness take only prescribed drugs by the medical practitioners and avoid over the counter drugs.

To avoid medicine, avoid this things :

  • cigarettes smoking : smokers are liable to die Young because it will spoil the lungs and predispose the person to do many disease.

  • Poor diet : this will result in being sick and some disease conditions that ma required hospitalization and taking medicine.

  • Inactivity : this will result in boredom and monotony, obesity and many more

  • Lack of sleep : it will results in fatigue and mental instability.

  • Stress : it can lead to so many disease condition and death.

  • Excessive consumption of alcohol : it can truly in many disease conditions, sexual harassment, liver cirrhosis etc.

  • Neglecting personal hygiene : it may result in one being sick

  • Consumption of hard drugs : it results in one being mentally unstable.

  • Dirty environment : causes harm to health

  • Mosquito bites : it causes malaria

  • Driving above the speed limit : causes accident

So all these things need to be avoided since it all causes disease that are harmful to health and results in taking medicine and prolonged hospital stay.

Arranging in sequence knowledge, wealth, and health in my preference with reasons.

The first one is health, because without health we cannot do or have anything, we cannot acquire knowledge and wealth if we are not healthy, in scale of preference for things we need health comes first, with good health we achieve the whole world, so health is knowledge and wealth because a healthy man is a knowledgeable and wealthy man.

The second is knowledge, we can do whatever things we want to do if we have knowledge about that it and through this we can make informed and sound decisions about any aspect lives, example work, food, drinks and our lifestyle knowledge is wisdom, with it we can aim all that we need in life.

The last one is wealth, money is necessity of life and protect but we must not put it first before health and knowledge, it
should be in it place. We have comfort, peace of mind, security and enjoy life with money, it enable us to achieve our wants and needs. If we are not healthy and have knowledge on how manage money we will become poor.
