Before I proceeded further I would like to thank @sduttaskitchen for bringing up this contest. In accordance to the contest I will be answering the following question below

Determination is a firmness of purpose, the decision is made, a resolute mindset to do something. While dedication is a strong feeling of passion and devotion for someone, it is personal and someone can be anyone, including yourself. There this quote which says if we have determination and willpower for one defined goal in life, then nothing can stop us from achieving success. Though one thing is clear that the type of achievement depends on the kind of goal we have defined for ourselves and our determination to achieve the goal. Also, one should always have in mind that failures is part of life and the journey of life is not smooth and we should learn from the failures and mistakes we have made rather than cribbing over the situation. Once we are determined and dedicated towards achieving something, and have a disciplined mind then we will see a great transformation.

How can we increase our dedication to definite determination, describe?

I have learned from many story, I have read Of famous athletes, entrepreneur, inventors, scientist, artists, that success most certainly does not come in a rush, in fact it usually takes many years of dedication, determination and hard work to achieve to great success. Being a business woman myself I have learned that success takes time and you must have a plan to achieve it. The question is how do you stick to that plan long enough to achieve success.

To achieve and increase our level of dedication we must have passion for what we are going for. Embark on the done journey only if you have passion for it, because passion is like a driving force that energizes you for the long run. If not you will inevitably get tired of it and may drop it. why am I doing this is a question we must ask ourselves everyday if we must achieve success, for me this is the most important factor in achieving your dream and success. Why am I doing this? Ask yourself, how will this journey impact your life, others and your family. These are the questions you should ask yourself

As we all know being a newcomer in steemit is always hard and difficult and to be successful in this platform you must be consistent, hardworking and interact with different users across the globe. My first two months in this prestigious platform was difficult and tough. I honestly did not know what to do as I never received any votes or comments In my post so I just gave up. But I had the chance to meet a fellow steemians of mine one faithful day and he was doing quite well in steemit. What he told me that its going to take time and I should interact more with my fellow users also. After he told me this I picked up courage and everyday I made sure to post one post each day and made a minimum of 5 comments in a day and without much time I started receiving votes like never before. Though I wasn't carried away by the votes, I still kept on being consistent and determined up till now and I am glad I did.

do you have any suggestions for newbies who want to be successful on steemit.

My advice to my fellow new steemians is that no matter the situation you find yourself keep on fighting to be the best, be dedicated, be determined and be hard working and believe me in no time you will achieve your success. Life is full of ups and downs and we must prepare for what is to come in the future. Votes in this platform is not guaranteed and some days you might have enough votes but other times you may not even see votes all are part of life and we must be patient to achieve success.
