What is your preference while making decisions, heart or mind?

When making any decision, I tend to rely more on my mind. I always try to don't let my emotions overpower me, and before making any decision, I carefully consider all aspects of it. I try to understand the benefits and drawbacks that can come and then make a decision based on that analysis.

Whether it's related to my studies or other aspects of life, I follow this approach. Choosing my BS degree was also done in the same manner, without being influenced by others, and I made a strong decision for my future.

Despite my family suggesting many BS programs and putting pressure on me, I was interested in this field and chose this degree. Alhamdulillah, I am very happy to have pursued this field and am studying it diligently.

Do you think we need both in terms of making decisions? Describe reasons.

I believe that it's important to think with both our hearts and minds while making decisions.I always consider the practical side of things and how my choices might affect us and others around me . So ya it's about finding a balance between what we want and what's best for everyone involved.

In my experience, decisions I made with careful thinking and logic usually turn out well. For example, even though I wanted to listen to my parents that my heart was and follow their advice to choose a specific BS degree, I decided to go with my brain what I truly loved. Now, I'm happily studying my favorite subject.

Are you an emotional or a practical person in real life?

If I were to describe myself until a few years ago before graduating from school, I was quite emotional and tended to let my emotions guide me more than my rational thinking but over time I've felt a strong urge to change this aspect of myself.

Now, whenever I make a decision, I strive to balance both my emotions and practical considerations. I've learned to weigh the pros and cons, considering how my choices will benefit not only myself but also my friends family that is connected with me .

In the past, when I faced any difficulty, I used to give up thinking altogether. But now, even when I have to confront challenges, I approach them with careful thought and consideration before taking the next step.

Do you have any suggestions for youth which one they should follow in their day-to-day lives?

I just want you say that focus on your future as much as possible and work on becoming better individuals. Not to compare oneself to others but rather to find contentment in who you are and take care of yourself because no one else can do that better than you.

For students you should prioritize your studies, taking care of parents, and maintaining a positive mindset while also considering the well-being of others . Offering help to those in need is also important. These are reminders I give myself daily, so I thought I'd share them with everyone else too.
