Hope you are all well? I am also fine with your prayers and the infinite mercy of Almighty Allah. I pray that everyone will be fine in the current situation. Actually survival in present time is very challenging.

I am here today to publish my weekly report. In order to function properly in the community, we need to do certain things regularly. We divide those tasks among ourselves.

We all join together in the moderator panel and participate in various activities. As a result, all tasks can be performed very easily. In fact, there is no success without teamwork.

All the works I did this week :

In fact, loyalty and faithfulness are very necessary for success in any work. I always try to do my duty properly. I think everyone should have respect for the workplace.

Wherever we work we have some sense of responsibility. From that sense of responsibility, I try to complete my tasks properly. I never neglect responsibilities despite being busy.

Weekly Hangout is a part of our community's success. Here every user has a virtual presence here despite their busy personal lives. Actually we are a family in virtual life.

So we are all here to enjoy some time. We do not discuss any serious issues in weekly hangouts. Here first each of the moderators share some of their own statements.

I publish a weekly report on my team's users.I discuss some of the activities of my team's users. When everyone is done talking we go straight to the entertainment phase.

There is really no shortage of joy during the entertainment section. Apart from songs and poetry chats, there are many kinds of stories here.

A game is added here as a new part of entertainment. I try my best to make our event successful.

In addition to publishing my team members' activity on Hangouts, I send this report to the weekly engagement report. From my point of view publishing the engagement report is a great initiative.

This will create a competition among users. One will compete to have a better engagement than the other. I also regularly mentor my team members to increase engagement.

A very important initiative in our community is the tutorial class. The first test of level one has already been held. I have verified the posts of my team members who participated in the test.

Then we all share the moderator panel for marking. All participated spontaneously and were successful. Considering Mark, two or three have gotten a little worse.

However, the tutorial level 2 classes have started this week for all those who have passed. And the level one classes will start again from next week with freshers.

I conduct a funny contest every week. As usual this week also got a great response. Exceptionally I have to share interesting answers in this initiative.

Already successfully completed the seventh week of the contest. Hopefully it will continue in the coming days. I selected the top three from among the funniest respondents who participated in the contest.

That was my weekly report for this week. Praying for everyone to stay well and healthy. Staying healthy is very important to stay well. Everyone pray for me so that I can be well.
