Incredible India monthly contest of April| All about my favorite day of the week.

"Hello friend, will you be available today, let's go to railway and have fun, don't try to say no because I know you're free today."

This is the message I got from my old friend from Cameron. It's been long I spend time with him because of busy scheduled. From what he said , he knows that I will be free that day, he's not far from truth. I was free that period. We hang out that day, it's was my favourite day. Here are cool moments of us:

Let me start with my favorite day of the week.

I have 2 favorite days in a week, and that that favorite days are Thursday and Sunday. so you know why I choose Thursday and Sunday? let me start with Thursday:

Thursday

I work as a full time business personnel and my work include working everyday from Monday to Sunday, 7am to 7pm. then what is special about Thursday? Like I said, I work full-time, but what I like about Thursday is that it's an environmental sanitation within our state. This particular day, no one is allowed to open any business until 10am in the morning. So from morning till 10am I can have a chance to do anything I desired within that 3 to 5 hours.

Sunday:

Sunday too is my favourite day in a week, I chose this 2 days because I don't have a chance of spending a full day, that's why I chose Sunday and Thursday. What I like about Sunday is that, even though I go to work, I always have the chance of going home early probably from 5pm. I use the remaining free hours to make something reasonable to myself. I wish one day I will have my full freedom.

Do you still remember my friend from Cameron, we met on Thursday because I was free, we went to the railway, we enjoy the road view and the conducive environment. sometimes, what I do mostly is to spend time with my friends in my working place, because we all have the similar challenges. we use the Thursday morning as a our free chance. Sometimes I prefer sleeping till 10pm, it's all depends on my mood.

Then talking about Sunday, am only chance in the evening, so sometimes I will invite my friend over to my shop, because I dnt chance to go out with them as I suppose to, so to keep our relationship together and strong, I make sure I get-together Sunday evening. The last one recently happened in an estate within our shop. we had a lot of fun, drinking chilled yoghurt. They are special people to me.

Of course, because it's good for our physical, mental, and emotional health. why do I say so? because it's improve productivity, that's, when we take atleast a day to rest, the next day, we will resume with renewed energy and focus.Have I seen people who are so tire because they don't even have a chance for themselves and end up being slow and sleepy during working hour.

• ♦️Taking a day to rejuvenate ourselves is also beneficial because it's reduced stress.Taking a break from work can help lower stress levels and improve overall mood and well-being.

• ♦️It's also Improved our physical health, why? because rest and relaxation are important for maintaining a healthy immune system and reducing the risk of chronic diseases.

Generally, improving productivity, reducing stress and improving our physical health are the advantage of taking a day to rejuvenate ourselves.

My dear, I will say yes with full chest. My childhood was the best when It come to enjoying our favourite day, I will be on my own, there will be food, clothes, everything is been provided but now it's no food for lazy man.

Now even to celebrate the favourite day is quite expensive, unlike before, you can organize small party or get-together with your friends with just two thousand naira (2,000) which is about 5 steem, but now everything is on high side, Imagine a pack of malt which was six thousand naira (6000), about 15 steem on January is now twelves thousand naira(12000), about 30 steem. I wish I can still go back to my childhood.😎

On conclusion, our favourite day is a day either to spend time with friends or to what we like to do most, also, taking off from work is also important because it will improve our mood and reduce our stress, my favourite day during childhood is the best memory I ever had. This is the little story about my favorite day.
