Every day is a day to do good deeds. In addition, maintaining the health of the body before the arrival of illness is the most important thing, because treating is more expensive than preventing it.

💁‍♂️ Carry out the task of interviewing prospective new students and their parents

Today is the day of admission at school, as I told you before that I was assigned as the interviewer team. I will conduct interviews with prospective new learners and their parents.

Today's schedule of activities will start at 08.00 WIB until 12.00 WIB in the afternoon. Exactly at 08.15 WIB some parents and prospective new students have arrived at the school, they are very enthusiastic to take part in the interview activities today.

The file selection team and welcomers were in the front row, after the entire administrative process was declared complete then they could continue to take part in the interview activities. I immediately waited at the location of the interview room and prepared some notes.

I was very ready to welcome prospective new learners and their parents to conduct the interview process.

One by one, I interviewed prospective new students and their parents regarding their desire to join our school, besides other important factors we want to see the extent to which parents support all school programs and comply with all applicable rules.

Exactly 12.00 WIB did not feel I had carried out the task of interviewing 22 prospective new students and their parents. In accordance with the schedule this is the time for us officers to rest and end all activities today. After work I immediately went home, because I felt tired I rested and took a nap.

🧖‍♂️ Being in the sauna and grilling fish

My body sweated a lot after a few minutes in the sauna room

In the afternoon I accompanied my uncle to the sauna. My uncle had mild stroke symptoms, he had been treated by a neurologist, but in addition to seeing a doctor he also chose to do additional therapy by going to the sauna so that his health could return to normal.

At the sauna I spent a few minutes warming up, this is a very simple sauna where hot steam is generated by heating water mixed with special spices to produce a certain aroma.

My body was already sweating so much that I couldn't bear the heat of being in this small room, I chose to leave the room and get some fresh air to cool down.

Today was a little different from the other days, we used the 🔥 fire to grill the fish. Inside the fish is already a special spice mix that makes the fish smell even more delicious and scrumptious, we wrapped it with banana leaves so that it cooks when grilled.

Being in the sauna while grilling fish, I couldn't resist tasting it right away.

In addition, this charcoal can also be used for "Sale" therapy, yes in my area we call it "Sale", people in our area believe that grilling the body over hot coals can improve blood circulation.

"Sale" is a traditional treatment that has been practiced for generations and is highly believed to treat various diseases. However, I have never read a scientific study on the benefits of this treatment.

🍽️ Dinner with my wife

In the evening I took my wife out for dinner, after wandering around the city and looking at a number of food stalls we finally chose to eat meatballs. Bakso Koko is our favorite food so far, it's been a long time since we tasted this meatball.

As usual, we ordered two bowls of chicken meatball noodles and two glasses of sweet tea. The taste of the meatballs here is indeed very delicious so it's no wonder that many people come, the meatballs are made directly from beef. Meatball traders here don't use much flour so the meat flavor is more pronounced.

After eating my fill, I immediately paid for it, the price was only 65,000 IDR. My wife and I immediately went home and rested because it was getting late.
