Good day my lovely Steamians. Hope all is going well with you today. Thanks to @meraindia and to the Incredible India Community for putting up this contest.

According to you, what is the Value of friendship?

In my own opinion, friendship is of great value, genuine friendship is very helpful to every living thing and not only limited to human being but also to animals. True friends can be helpful whenever the need arises, they support you, encourage you in times of discouragement. We need friends around us to prevent any form of loneliness.

The word of a good friend can be medicinal when you are emotionally broken for instance, relationship heart break, when you loss your job, when you loss any of your love ones, when you are week or ill and also when you fail in business or suchlikes. Friends can help you in times of decision making most especially when you are in a confused state. Good friends can be our source of happiness, boldness, self-confidence and hope.

A good friend can help shape ones character and habit, a true friend will not want you to live a way-worth life.

Do you believe we can share various things with friends that we can't share with our blood relation? Justify your answer.

Relationship with friends that are non-blood is not bad, it is very important but should not be at the expense of our family members or blood relation. Of a truth, there are friends that can stick to you more than a brother but the place of a good brother is unshakable. You barely see a friend that will stay with you and tolerate you like a true blood, may be it is because you can not separate blood.

No matter what comes may, your family is your family. Friends have the choice of living you or turning their back on you when things are bad but a family have no choice but to stay with you. For example, it is difficult to identify the friends of a mad man when faced with such challenge; but his family will always look after him.

Your bonds emotionally to friends base on your closeness, that is always being together may be the reason why they enjoy some things from you that your blood are not; but should not mean that you can deny your blood relation if need be except if it is for their good may be to avoid them from being hurt or collapsed as a result of shock in terms of sensitive information so daring to them.

My first close friend name is Queen Samuel, very lovely and caring, we met in a town where my husband work. When I was pregnant she was always there for me , checking on me morning, afternoon, and evening everyday . Anytime she goes to the market always buy things for me when coming, unfortunately when I was close to delivery my husband was transferred to another city. These transfer really gave her a sleepless night but there is nothing we can do. But the promise she made was if I give birth she will come and visit which she is yet to fulfill.
Yes we are still in touch
She calls me everyday, morning, afternoon and evening. There has not been a day we don't talk. I have never seen a friend like that before.

Yes
During my period of pregnancy she is always cooking moi moi for me. So when I gave birth she use to call my child her moi moi.
