stress is really a symptom that Has really killed many people in the world, this gradually kill the immune system and making them not to work effectively, our body really needs lot of rest at least 6 times a day and we should stop anything that will keep stressing the body.

What do you do to stay balanced in times of stress?

Stress is a dangerous symptom that kept killing majority of people round the world, constantly stressing the body gradually kills our immune system especially and stop/weaken them from working effectively, we should learn that giving the body steady and enough rest makes the immune system more active and work more effectively.

stress also has dealt with the poor masses because for them to survive the need to figure and work and looking at those work you will see that the are seriously difficult and hard still the keep working everyday and keep stressing the body still the immune system stop working then the will die or have serious illiness that can also lead to death

stressing the body is so bad, whenever we noticed that we are stressed up all we need is to leave that thing at the point and have a better rest so that the immune system will also relax and also gain more strength to work actively gain but if will ignore and keep working one day the ommune system might break down at that moment and stop working and it might definitely leads to death of the victim, the following are what to do to stay balance when stress

  • limiting/Take a break from that issue or work that is stressing the body

if we really want to live so long on Earth we need to consider stress and stay totally away from it, this is the first step that canake you balance from stress whenever you notice that you all stressed up or that you are stressing the body at that moment that if thing you need to consider is to definitely limit your self from that issue or work or you totally break up and leave it for the next day

this will enable you to have some rest and help the immune system which has beong stress up to regain it lost strength and also have help the body to reorganize it self and regain it strength gain and become more active to work but faliure to do so will make our immuse system to definetly break down and will not be able to work again and it might lead to the death of the victim

  • Take a good rest for at least a long period of time

this is another step, after you have limit your self from that issue, the next thing is to have a good rest and it should a leather be a long period so that the body and immune and reorganize them laelve back to their normally state and also regain the lost strength which was used for something, having a great rest even when the body is not stress up is also good at time we should try to give our selves a good bed rest for a long and see the difference and how the Body to be at that moment

  • Eat balance and nutritious meals

after resting you can then look into this step, eating balance food when stress up really help to organize that body and supply the necessary nutritent that was lost back to the body and also help them to work effectively, consuming of balance meal will also help regain all lost energy back and will also make them more lively and definitely good again, eating of nutritious food is really good because is also help in the development of the body

  • try as must as possible to engage in many activities you love and enjoy

this will make you more active and totally forget what made you stress especially if it was an emotional aspect, you can do many things like playing and chatting with friends, doing exercise and engaging in must thing you love doing, it will make you feel happy and also bring back joy to you, and also will make you to forget whatever brought the street and help and restore the immue system or body back to normaty

I have so many reasons that is behind our stress they include the following

  • unemployment in the country

lack of employment in a country can really pit many people in stress as we all can see the situation of Nigeria where there is no jobs at all, you will see and noticed that people has engage in difficult jobs just to see what to eat at that moment and those job might be so stressful and might stress the body so much

through to the love of money many people also stress there self just for money and so that they will get it so quick and through this process the we always stress the body to get Money and after they will not have any stress and it will gradually affect the body so much and might lead to death

  • marital issue

this stress really kills the body so much because it is more off emotional stress and gradually inside the body kill the immue system, marital issues are basically for people who are married you might have a misunderstanding with you patiner and it might lead to emotional pains or as a father and the head of the family you will be stress up due to many responsible like payment of house school fees mand many things so for you to pay all this thing you must be stress up

and for the wife after cooking, bathing and also washing of dirty clothes you might stress the body so much this are Marital issues that really caused stress to partinals and it might cause emotional stress and it kills so quickly

  • chronic illnes and sickness

this is another thing that really stressed the body when the body is have some issue it can no longer work effectively and could be stress due to the treatment that is being applied to cure that particular sickness

yeath we should take this seriously because stress is something that you shouldn't joke with and it gradually killed victims, stress is so so bad and dangerous and if we should continue it may cause things like

  • increase in high blood pressure
  • to much of headache
  • depression
  • and moreover it cause mental health problem
  • heart not working properly such heart attack
  • any many other sickness

also the last one is death stress that kill and it has killed many people that why we all should listen and stop anything that can stress the bid so much
