Healthy food is very necessary in our healthy life style For that we need to know what is good and necessary
That's why I am here with the recipe of daleem . In this recipe all grain and meet all add that's why it is very healthy and taste is also good
Grains are important sources of so many nutrients, including complex carbohydrates, dietary fiber, several B vitamins, and minerals (iron, magnesium, and selenium).
Meat is a big source of protein . They also provide lots of other nutrients your body needs, like iodine, iron, zinc, vitamins (especially B12) and essential fatty acids. So it's a good idea to eat meat every week as part of your balanced diet.
Ingredients
✴️wheat
✴️rice
✴️barley (jo)
✴️split bengle gram( chana dal)
✴️white lentil (mash dal)
✴️red lentil (masoor dall)
✴️yellow lentil (mong dal)
✴️rice
✴️water
✴️salt
✴️green and read chille
✴️garm masala
✴️onino
✴️ginger,garlic
Recipe
Soak all grains over nighy
Add water in to pain and become hot add all grains salt , tumaric powder and gram masala cook it until all the grain are soft
And other flame on other pot add meet ,salt ,pepper, turmaric, water ginger, garlic ,green chille and whole gram masala and cook it meet is too soft
All the mixture of grains and meet mix to gether
And tasty and healthy daleem is ready to eat
