My recipe today is Moghlai Parotta.
Assalamu Alaikum. How are you all? Alhamdulillah I am fine. This afternoon my son asked if he would eat Moghlai, so I made him Moghlai very easily with some ingredients I have at home, so I thought my Let me share this simple recipe with you.
So below are the ingredients that I need to make moghlai parota :
- Flour
- Eggs
- Oil
- Bit of salt And Maggi Masala
- Onion, Chilli and Coriander
I took four onions three chilies and some coriander leaves. Cleaned and washed them very well. Then I chopped the onion and chopped the chillies. Also chopped coriander leaves. After mixing all the pieces together I broke two eggs and added little bit of salt and maggi masala. I made the egg filling and kept it aside.
Then i measured three cups of flour in a tea cup. I have mixed it very well with some salt, oil and baking powder. By adding baking powder, the moghlai will be very soft and puffy. Then I will make the dough with a little water, then let it rest for 10 minutes by covering it with a plate, then I will take the breads very thin and then stick the egg fillings in between it very well. Then I will put a little oil in the pan, the oil should not be heated too much. About 10 minutes is very low, I will fry the moghlai. If you hit high heat, then the egg inside will remain raw, after 10 minutes of frying very well, my moghlai is ready.
My son loves to eat moghlai and I also Sauce deyen with moglai.
