Today I am here to submit our first engagement challenge application on behalf of the community members.

I formed the community eight months ago, and my motto was to bring all steemit people under a canopy;
who love to share various forms of art and culture of their country.
In our community, neither we have language barriers;
nor do we have any country barriers. Our purpose is to give every steemian a place to share their creativity related to art and culture, whether it is newbies or tenure.

The community was formed by me eight months ago as I am fond of art and culture;
so I thought to create a general subject-related community for everyone.
I discovered people only sharing diary games in most of the places and some interesting posts I located out of the community;
at that time, I decided to form a subject-related general community.
This community continuously works with newbies and tenure people. Also, guide them about the rules and regulations;
to maintain the decorum of this platform. Besides that, I wanted to form a place where anyone can share their posts using their mother language.

We always share feedback through insightful comments, and also shared some useful posts inside the community from time to time.
We guide newbies who show interest to share their posts inside the community. We ask them to read those posts carefully before sharing any posts.
Our all responsible team members are active on discord to guide people;

Now we need to help the newbies in a better way to build the community account and also make them understand and show them the example of quality posts. Also, deserve a chance to show our efficiency, creativity, and dedication to this platform.
We have great team bonding, and all work equally here.
If we get an opportunity then we will curate posts on the day wise:-
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:-@sduttaskitchen and @mayedul will curate the posts.
Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday:-@sampabiswas and @suman247 will curate posts.
Sunday:- All of us.
We can ensure that every post would be corresponded by following all criteria; that are necessary here.
We would prefer to set beneficiaries for the mentioned people;
who will take part in the verifications because we believe a community can't stand without exemplary teamwork;
and all people who will work to strengthen the community will share the rewards.
