একজন আদর্শ মানুষ হতে গেলে তার মধ্যে কৃতজ্ঞতাবোধ থাকাটা জরুরি।
সবাই জীবনে উন্নতি করতে চায় আর তার লক্ষ্যের প্রতিটা পদে কেউ না কেউ সাহায্যের হাত বাড়িয়ে দেয়। তবে অধিকাংশ মানুষই বিপদ কেটে গেলে, বিপদ থেকে উদ্ধারকারীকে ভুলে যাই যেটা মানুষ হিসাবে খুব লজ্জাজনক।

এক মাঘে যেমন শীত যায় না তেমনই, একবার বিপদ কেটে গেছে বলে যে আর বিপদ আসবে না এমন হতে পারে না। যদি আমরা কারো প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞতা জ্ঞাপন না করি তাহলে পরবর্তীতে বিপদে পড়লে সে সাহায্য করবে না।

Resilience is a characteristic that tells us that whatever the situation you are facing in your life you always have the ability to adapt yourself according to the condition you are facing so it lets us know about adaptability in life which is very important because life is the name of ups and downs and there is no Joy for all time here and no sadness for all time that's why adaptability is important.

_{What an excellent motivational quality our friend cited in the above lines! Most of the time, our expectations make us forget the above quality. But it's true if we have the quality of resilience of adaptation;
