Hello friends how are you I hope you are well and all is well in your family. I am here again with a new post of mine. Now I have got used to all these things and I am enjoying it a lot more as I get to see a lot of good contests here through these contests I am getting a chance to share my thoughts with all of you, which makes me very happy and I have received a lot of good support in some of my previous posts, due to which I have become even more motivated and I hope that I will be able to keep my journey intact like this.

By the way, we all have some strange habits and many people live with all these things some of them are such that we do not like them and some of our habits are such that women do not like them, some people like to order others around and it becomes their habit, even if the daughter-in-law does not know it, but after some time people get a little frustrated with this habit of theirs and sometimes they also get angry, by the way, my habit is not like this, I do my work myself, I travel a lot and I do not like giving orders to such people at all.

I like eating food a lot, especially spicy food, although I know that it is harmful to our health, still I am not able to do so. I also want to be the owner of a fit body, but I am not able to do so despite not wanting to, because I do not have control over my eating. Although I think that I will eat less at night, I still eat more. By the way, eating more food is not a bad thing, if you work hard according to it, then it remains and your body also feels it. If you do not do any physical activities and eat more food, then it has a very bad effect on your body and what I feel is happening with me is that I am becoming fat day by day and I think about it but am not able to do anything. When I look at myself, it feels a little strange because a few years ago I used to be very thin and I have become fat and now I want to be fat again or you can say a little slim and trim.

Which habit among them do you want to change? Reason.

See, I feel that if I am not able to control my eating, then I should include such things in my routine that can reduce my stomach weight like some physical exercise or any exercise through which I can burn calories and save the food I am eating. If I am not able to do this, then probably my obesity will keep on increasing and it will be harmful for me because a fat body has a lot of diseases as we all have seen I feel that if I can do this, then I will become the owner of a healthy body and after doing this, I hope I will get a lot of help. I feel that if I become a little thin, then probably my confidence will also be boosted because if you are the owner of a healthy body, then after that a different confidence comes in you.

Do you believe we all carry some habits that might be weird for others? Justify your answer.

Yes, I have many such habits which are very strange and they also trouble people as I feel that I often promise many things but I am not able to fulfil them and due to this my colleagues also make fun of me in the office because I say something and do something else. Doing this repeatedly creates a very wrong impression and it becomes a bit difficult for them to trust me. We such people trust me but when I say something like this then people start making fun of me. Whenever I say in the office that I am going for a walk every morning, everyone looks at me with a strange look because they know that this does not happen. After all, it is true but still, the truth is that I want to do it but I don't know why the motivation does not come from within I feel that if I can do this then it will help me a lot and I can become the owner of a healthy body and people will themselves come to know that I am doing something or the other these days.

Thanks. Yes we all do have some weird habits but I think if we want to we can get rid of all the things and I am on the path to do that. not sure how much that is going to take though.
