Introduction

As much as I want to be financially independent, I want to be able to create job opportunities for people who do not have anyone to help them, those who have the same ambition as me, who are on the goal of making it big.

My business idea

My business idea is to have a Baking school. Before concluding on this idea there are lots of things I have considered.
I understand that to succeed in a baking business, one needs a genuine passion for baking and a high level of skill. Or taking a culinary class if you are not professional.

Baking is a cooking technique that involves preparing food by using dry heat in an enclosed space, such as an oven. It is commonly associated with the preparation of various baked goods like bread, cakes, cookies, pastries, and pies.

The reason behind this idea is that one day I walked into a store, and I went down to the bakery section. The scent that was coming out from there alone was enough for anyone to salivate. What I initially came for was to buy my toiletries and go but how can I not check for snacks? I got their beef pie and I have not had it before but I was ready to try something new. I bought two and asked them to microwave it to make it hotter 😋 I got home and immediately I had the first bite I just knew my bank account was going to be in trouble.

Now starting my dream business I have put a lot into consideration. These are stated below;

-location: I'm going to Choose a suitable location for my bakery. I'm putting factors like foot traffic, visibility, and proximity to your target customers into consideration.

-Equipment and Supplies: I'm going to invest in high-quality equipment and ingredients that will help me work consistently and effectively.

-Menu Development: I will Create a diverse and appealing menu. Offer a range of baked goods such as bread, cakes, cookies, and pastries. dietary restrictions like gluten-free or vegan options are going to be put into consideration.

-Pricing Strategy: Prices that cover my costs will be set while remaining competitive. Factors like ingredient costs, labor, and overhead will not be left out.

-Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service to build a loyal customer base. Good service and a friendly atmosphere can set your bakery apart and so its needed for all business.

-Keep a close eye on your finances: i will be strict in tracking expenses, revenue, and profits. I will be prepared to adapt to strategy as needed.

How the business will operate

As an intended business owner, this part of the business is very important. If from the start I'm not able to own a shop I will re-strategize which means I can make my house an office. I can start from there and it will help me save more money to be able to get a bigger shop. Operating a baking business involves a combination of creative, logistical, and business management activities.

All the production process will take place in my kitchen since there won't be a shop at the first time. I also know that operating a successful baking business requires a combination of passion, creativity, and strong business acumen. I also believe that as time goes by lots of helpful plans will come up.

Let's create a world where even the poor and the less privileged will have the opportunity to be recognized for their helpful skills. I will make history and change history 5 years from now my name will be heard as the best entrepreneur of the year until then let's get to work.
