Welcome back to my blog friends.
Last week has been very busy, I wasn't able to attend to my blog all through the week.
But this week I believe it will be a different case.

Told I want to reveal some secret to our upcoming enterpreneur that will help them prevent having issues with their customers most exspecially their family members.

DON'T SALE GOODS ON CREDIT

Today I visited my friend who work as a sales representative in Phone accessories office, I witness something that I will like to share with my followers.

Getting to her office there was a searious argument between her Boss and a Customer then I tried to find out what could be the problem because from the way the Boss was shouting he was even ready to fight the customer if not that some other customers was in the office and was trying to make peace between them.
The problem was caused as a result of the goods the Boss sold to the customer long ago and he has refuse to pay, according to my friend she said the customer has been owing for over 6 now and refuse to pay claiming he don't have money.

As an enterpreneur the best way to avoid such trouble is to set a standard for your self and for the business,let the customers know that no matter what the issue may appear to be you can't give out good on credit.
Though some customers atimes after listening to their story or situation you might want to pity them and render help but not all will keep to their promise of paying in the said date or time, the best is to notify everyone let them know that your business don't work that way by the time there try it two or three times it will get used to them.

EFFECTS OF CREDIT IN BUSINESS

Credit is the act of releasing goods to customer and accepting to collect money either installmentally or to pay on a said date.

Credit has a nagative and positive positive effect on a business.

POSITIVE EFFECT OF CREDIT
Credit can be positive in a situation where an enterpreneur sells perishable goods and instead of allowing the goods to perish you sell them out to customers on credit hoping that the customer will pay on any day of his choice instead of allowing the goods to get spoil.

NAGATIVE EFFECT OF CREDIT
The reason why every enterpreneur that wants his business to be successful should avoid credit is because the nagative effects.
When some customers buy goods and refuse or because unable to pay it has a way of affecting the growth of the business exspecially when the business is struggling to standard, for example an enterpreneur that has a hair dressing saloon that sells out her attachment or weavon on credit to her customer when the customer refuse to payback she will be running out of stock and that can lead to her loosing her customers because when a customer come go ask to a particular twice in a shop and he couldn't get the first and second time such customer will not like to petronize such shop again.

CONCLUSION

Every enterpreneurs that wants to be successful in his business should avoid sellings out goods on credit to customers, even if the enterpreneur has other sources of getting money to fund the business if he continues with time he will notice that he doing nothing else other than labouring for people.
