This is me @cocomuff from Pakistan. The first week is over. Now the second week has begun. When I read about this topic, I decided to share my journey on Steemit. The topic is very interesting How steem changed your life. Here I'll explain in detail:-

Before joining Steemit, I used to work in an organization. In this college I was performing my duties as a lecturer and admission in-charge. I worked there for four years. I was very happy with my job. I was performing all my duties very sincerely. Gradually, my attachment to college grew. I made many good friends. Every year my cthe result was 100%. I received the Best Performance Award from the college each year.

How I get to know about Steemit

After that I had to quit my job for some reason. Although I did not want that at all. After leaving that job, I applied to many other institutions. But nothing happened. A few months later, my sister told me about this Steemit platform. She was already working on it. It was very new and different for me. It took me a week to learn and understand it. she also told me that I could make money through it and learn a lot of new things.

Reason to join Steemit

As I said, I applied to many other institutions but it didn't work out even though I had the best experience of four years. I was bored of sitting at home all day. I also tried a lot of online jobs. Then I thought of joining it.

• One reason was that my boredom will disappear.
• Second reason was that I would earn something that would allow me to support myself.
• The last reason was that I would have the opportunity to learn something new.

My Steemit Journey

Four months ago I have joined steemit-Pakistan. On 24-1-2022 Monday. I have posted my introduction post. After a few days, I got verification from the CR of the country. And I got $4.87 and 9 votes on my initial post. I was happy to start a new journey. After verification, I started to post daily diaries but I was getting nothing. I started to lose hope. But my sister told me “things will take time”.

I am a foodie person. I love to eat and I love to cook. So I have decided to join food community. Then I have joined another community is named steam foods. After got verified I posted there too but couldn't find anything.

Many contests were also arranged in these communities. I participated in each one. In the beginning I did not win but after some time I did win.

I did not give up. The CRs in our community are very supportive. They helped me a lot. My posts started to perform well. And finally I started to enjoy working on it. My posts will be selected as one of the best everyday posts. And it gave me more courage and I started working here with more enthusiasm.

My first income was 1200 PKR. Out of that I powered Up the stems and I got the club5050 tag. My next target is club75 and then club100. I also delegated my sp to steel Pakistan. Because I want to be a prime member.

How Steemit Changed My Life

Following are the reason:

• As my source of income was my job. I used to take care of all my needs myself. I used to bear all my expenses myself. And I used to give half of my salary to my mother. But after the job was over, whenever I needed money, I was ashamed to tell my family. But Steemit made my life easier again. Now I am paying all my expenses through it.

• From childhood to adulthood, our parents take care of our every need. They make us literate so that we can stand on our own two feet. With the money I earn from steemit, I still cater to the needs of my family as before. And the happiness you get from it is soothing.

• One thing that is commendable about Steem Pakistan is that these people are trying their best. And we also inform our members about this so that if anyone wants to make a donation, he can do so easily. That's why I've done some charity posts. And some donations have been started to help many in need.
