This time, I will review one of the most popular seafood dishes: fried crab. I chose crabs that live in the sea, which is abundant where I live.
We bought this crab at the Lhokseumawe City market. This sea crab is also widely sold on the roadside. This means that this crab is very easy to get in small or large quantities at our place.
These crabs are cleaned first from their feces. Then rinse with water until there are no more stains. If you don't like crabs in whole size, you can cut these crabs into small pieces.
Prepare ingredients for frying crabs such as curly chili, salt, sour sauce, onion, garlic, tomato, and other spices. Blend the ingredients until they are destroyed.
Boil the crab using water until the meat is tender. Then put the blended seasoning ingredients into the belanga. Set the stove heat so that it is not too large. Add a little water.
Let this chili sauce cook or cook. It took a little longer due to the fire that was not too big. However, this is the secret of fried crab with a good taste. If it is cooked, then add the tender crab meat to the chili sauce.
Stir the crab with chili sauce until evenly distributed. It doesn't take long to stir the crab with this chili sauce. This crab can be called sambalado crab also because it uses sambalado.
