Greetings dear friends, I am so glad to be here again with my participation in this wonderful community of steem entrepreneurs on the topic Self-love organised by and I came with alot of packages on this topic so I just want you to stay relaxed and comfortable as you read through friends.

What is "self love?" explain in your opinion?

Self love means showing more priority to yourself which has to do with your well being and happiness. Self love also means loving what you look like, what you are completely and what you become which means loving yourself entirely.
An act of doing something special for yourself is another way of practicing self love for yourself. Loving yourself means doing everything with your power to give the best to yourself, trying to make yourself happy, comforting your being.

Do you know that eating good foods into your body system is a practice of self love? Yes friends, build your body richly, good health is wealth, it is good to save but don't starve yourself because you are not loving yourself. Save little and eat more good foods and fruits that would build your body system.

I observe quality rest at my leisure time. I am a teacher by profession but do you know I left the teaching Job because of the stress involved? I can't keep pleasing someone and them suffering it silently. I love rest, I give in time for a quality rest and I don't joke with that.

Learn to be appreciative. I appreciate myself mosy times by taking myself out, I love myself so as far as I have the money I should eat what I want to eat and possibly dress the way I want.

Importance of self love.

When you love yourself, people will begin to see it and start complimenting why because you always take good care of yourself.

Taking others burden can stress you to death, do the little you can do and leave the rest for the Almighty to take care of the rest.

Self love leads to success because the more you consider yourself first before the others the more you progress else you will miss it out and keep helping others.
