हम जानते हैं कि पानी मानव जीवन एवं सभी जीव जंतुओं के लिए एक बेहद महत्वपूर्ण चीज है। जिसके आधार पर सभी जीव जंतु निर्भर हैं। आज के इस आधुनिक काल में पेय जल संसाधन क होना बेहद कम होते जा रहा है।
हमारे धरती पर जल और भूतल 29: 71 है। इससे आप अनुमान लगा सकते हैं कि धरती पर जल कितना प्रतिशत है उसमें भी पीने योग्य जल मात्र 2 से 4 प्रश्न के बीच है।
भारत विश्व की लगभग १७.७% आबादी वाला देश है जिसमें मात्र पेयजल की उपलब्धि 4 परसेंट के करीब है।
इसे हम अनुमान लगा सकते हैं कि हमें आज से नहीं अभी से ही जल के दुष्प्रभाव को रोकना होगा ताकि हमारा आज का कल और आने वाला कल इसका लाभ उठा पाए।
मैंने आपको बताया कि किस तरह हमारे जीवन में पानी बेहद मूल्यवान चीज है। या हमारे जीवन को जोड़े रखती है समस्त जीव जंतु को जीवन और जीवित रहने के लिए पानी की जरूर आवश्यकता पड़ती है। मनुष्य को अगर पानी पीना है तो वह विभिन्न माध्यमों के द्वारा पानी का उपयोग करता है जैसे खाना बनाने में इत्यादि। हम खाना खाए बिना तो कई दिनों तक जीवित रह सकते हैं लेकिन पानी के बिना जीवन असंभव सा होता है।
जल हमारे पाचन कार्य में बेहद सहयोगी होता है और यह हमारे शरीर के तापमान को भी हमेशा नियंत्रित रखता है।
यह हमारे वायुमंडल में पानी चक्र को संतुलित रखता है।
जल केवल हमारे लिए ही नहीं बल्कि पेड़ पौधों के लिए भी बेहद आवश्यक तत्व है। जल की उपस्थिति के कारण हैं पेड़ पौधे अपना भोजन बनाते हैं।
एक बूंद पानी जीवन के लिए बेहद जरूरी है। कभी-कभी हम देखते हैं कि पानी के अभाव में लोगों का बुरा हाल हो जाता है। मानवता के नाते हमें पानी को बचा कर रखना है और सही तरीके से इसका सदुपयोग करना है। पानी समस्त जीव-जंतुओं की प्यास बुझाता है।
एक प्राकृतिक संसाधन है जो कि हमारे पर्यावरण को संतुलन बनाए रखने में सहयोगी है। हमें इसे कभी भी बर्बाद नहीं करना चाहिए और ना ही दूषित करना चाहिए।
हम देखते हैं कि भूमिगत जल की आपूर्ति के चलते कृषि एवं अन्य क्षेत्रों में किए जा रहे उपयोग की वजह से कई स्थानों में जल का संकट बढ़ते जा रहा है।
आज से कुछ साल पहले हमारी सरकार द्वारा हमारी वित्तीय मंत्री और कारपोरेट मामलों की मंत्री श्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने अपने केंद्रीय बजट 2019-20 में जल जीवन मिशन का ऐलान किया था।
इस मिशन के तहत कुल 1592 ब्लॉक को की पहचान हुई थी जो 256 जिलों में फैले हुए हैं।
इस योजना के तहत केंद्र और राज्य सरकार द्वारा जल आपूर्ति प्रबंधन पर जोर दिया जाएगा।
पानी के बचाव के लिए हमारे देश में जल संसाधन एवं शक्ति मंत्रालय का गठन किया गया है।
इसके तहत वर्षा जल का संचयन होगा भूजल पुनर्भरण जैसे स्रोत स्थिरता के लिए एक बुनियादी ढांचा का निर्माण भी किया जाएगा।
कृषि हेतु पुनः उपयोग के लिए जल का प्रबंध करना पड़ेगा।
आज हम देख सकते हैं कि हमारे देश में 1 लीटर पानी बोतल की कीमत ₹20 के बराबर है जो कि इस 1 Steem token के बराबर होता है।
इस तरह बढ़ती पानी की कीमतों की वजह से आने वाला कल हमारा अंधकार में जा सकता है इसीलिए आप सभी से निवेदन है कि पानी का उपयोग सोच समझ कर करें।

I completely agree with your thoughts on the importance of water and the need to conserve and use it wisely. Water is a precious natural resource that sustains all life on earth, and it is our responsibility as human beings to protect and preserve it for future generations.

Indeed, there is an absolute necessity to preserve the global water wealth, and why not establish an international organization concerned with this issue, such as the Opep organization that deals with oil wealth, and thus there will be rationalization of consumption since most individuals do not care about this problem.
