Since childhood, I have always aspired to become a successful entrepreneur. I want to create a business that not only benefits me personally, but also has a positive impact on the community around me. One business idea that always tickles my mind is to have a wholesaler or mini market.

Becoming a wholesaler or minimarket owner has many potential benefits and interesting challenges. Through this business, I can be part of the product supply chain and provide various daily needs for the local community. I wanted to create a friendly and comfortable place for my customers, where they can easily meet their daily needs without having to travel far.

As a young entrepreneur, I believe that innovation and technology will be the keys to business success in this digital era. Therefore, I will take advantage of technological advances to improve operational efficiency and provide customers with a unique shopping experience. I will present a cashier system that is sophisticated and can be accessed online, so that customers can make transactions quickly and easily.

Apart from that, I also want to focus on local and sustainable products. I will partner with local producers to provide high quality products at affordable prices. By supporting local products, I can make a positive contribution to the local economy and help develop micro and small businesses.

As a leader, I will encourage my work team to continue to innovate and provide the best service to customers. I will create a work environment that is inclusive and oriented toward employee development. Through training and development opportunities, I want to build a dedicated and professional team.

Of course, the journey to become a successful young entrepreneur will not be easy. There will be challenges and obstacles that I must face. However, I believe that with determination, hard work, and persistence, I can achieve my goals.

My motivation to become an entrepreneur is as follows:

Becoming an entrepreneur is the dream of many people. It's not just about financial freedom, it's also about taking control of our own lives and careers. Why do I want to become an entrepreneur? There are several factors that motivate me:

Freedom and Independence: As an entrepreneur, I can have the freedom to set my own work schedule. I am no longer beholden to fixed hours or a boss who manages everything. I can make my own decisions, manage my time wisely, and determine the direction of my business. This is the independence that I really dream of.

Opportunity for Growth and Financial Profit: Being an entrepreneur provides unlimited opportunities for growth and financial gain. I'm not limited to a salary cap or a fixed pay scale. I can grow my business to the best of my ability and earn a return commensurate with my hard work and intelligence.

Creativity and Innovation: Business is a vessel for the expression of creativity and innovation. As an entrepreneur, I can create new solutions, present unique products or services, and change the way people see and experience things around them. I can use my imagination to solve problems and produce something of value to society.

This is a must-have for an entrepreneur!

Clear vision and goals: An entrepreneur should have a clear vision of what they want to achieve and the goals they want to pursue. This vision and goals become their guide in developing their business and making strategic decisions.

Leadership ability: An entrepreneur must have good leadership skills to inspire and motivate their work team. The ability to direct and manage others is an important factor in achieving business success.

Perseverance and hard work: Starting and running a business is not an easy task. An entrepreneur must have high perseverance and be willing to work hard to overcome challenges and achieve success. They must be prepared to work overtime, take on extra responsibilities, and do whatever it takes to grow their business.

The Wholesale/Minimarket business that I will develop is to provide various kinds of daily needs products at wholesale prices. We offer a wide range of goods such as food, beverages, hygiene products, household appliances and many more. With our commitment to providing affordable prices and good service to customers, I aim to become a trusted shopping destination for the local community. With well-maintained stocks and the convenience of shopping provided, my Grocery/Minimarket is ready to meet customers' daily needs easily and efficiently. I welcome both individual customers and small business owners to shop at my store.

👉Share a short inspiring story about an entrepreneur from your family or your area.

I am very inspired by my brother who is already an entrepreneur in my own family, with his perseverance and persistence in running his business. my older brother named Nurahyan started from the bottom, faced many challenges and obstacles, but never gave up. With his hard work, my brother managed to build a successful grocery and mini-market business in downtown Malaysia.

Brother is a huge inspiration to the family because of not only his success, but also his humble attitude and integrity. He always shares his business knowledge and experience with his younger siblings, motivating and encouraging them to achieve the same dream.
