First, I cut the fish well and cleaned it and smeared it with salt and turmeric.
Then I put some kadai in the oven and fry some green chillies and cut some pieces of ginger and beat the ginger and green chillies.
I washed some onions with water and cut them.
After that, I heated the pan and put the fish in the amount of oil.
I fried the bald fish lightly and took it in a bowl.
Fry fish in kadai oil with chopped onions and fry until light brown color and add ginger and green chillies.
Then add salt, turmeric, radhuni, chili powder and coriander powder and grind them well and add little water.
After that, when two-thirds of the fish water is dry, I left it for the broth, added garam masala powder, took the pan off the stove, served it in a bowl, and finished cooking.
