♡What is "self love?" explain in your opinion?
In my opinion, self-love means taking care of my health, my skin, and prioritizing myself before others. It involves looking after my mental and physical health. Self-love also means distancing myself from things that don't bring me happiness, especially when I'm not feeling good even when with someone else.
So for me it's important to find where and with whom I feel at peace. To me, self love is about prioritizing my happiness and well being, doing what makes me happy, taking care of my physical and mental health, giving myself rest, and taking time for myself away from daily routines.
♡Have you ever done an activity related to "self love"? Tell us about that activity?
As I mentioned earlier, it's essential to take time for ourselves from our daily routine and care for ourselves. When we feel good, we can enjoy life and keep those around us happy. I engage in several activities for self-care, such as taking care of my skin and health.
I also take care of my hair and go for morning walks to keep myself happy. Morning walks make me feel fresh; before I started them, I used to feel lazy. Now, I wake up early, go for a morning walk, drink lemon water afterward, and feel very refreshed, which helps me tackle my daily tasks with ease.
I read books in my free time, which brings me joy. I also make sure to take care of my skin regularly, using traditional remedies to keep it fresh and make myself feel good. No matter how busy I am, I never forget to care for myself and always prioritize my well-being.
♡Is self love important or not? Why?
Yes, self-love is extremely important. As I mentioned earlier, when we take care of ourselves and practice self-care, we keep ourselves happy. When we are happy, we can keep those around us happy and create a positive environment for them.
A fresh and positive mood allows us to enjoy life fully and make life pleasant for others as well. That's why I recommend everyone to prioritize self-care above all. So I just advice you all to don't worry about others' opinions,give yourself priority and take good care of yourself. Focus on the things what makes you feel good and do those because we only get one life, and should enjoy it to the fullest.
